Mental Health YXE originated as my Instagram page back in June 2017. This platform is central to my efforts in normalizing mental illness, combating stigma, and reassuring individuals that they are not alone. I proudly identify as a Mental Health Advocate.

I write articles for The Mighty and contribute as a guest writer for the CPTSD Foundation. Additionally, you can discover my meditation recordings on Insight Timer. As a public speaker, I engage with various audiences through the Saskatoon Schizophrenia Society, including schools, post-secondary institutions, and community organizations. I also give private speaking engagements. Throughout the year, I coordinate several projects, such as the Holiday Gift Drive for the Dubé Centre for Mental Health. My media presence includes interviews with CBC Radio, CTV News, Global News, Shaw Spotlight, and Project Voice. I have been featured in newspapers, web articles, interviews, podcasts, and more. I have a passion for public speaking and am eager to speak at your event or organization! Additionally, I offer my expertise as a lived experience consultant. Feel free to reach out if you are interested in booking a private presentation or discussing a consultation.

I’ve also been known to sell stickers, buttons, resin art, postcards, and oh so much more at fun local pop-up markets!

I enjoy photography, Star Wars, Care Bears, peanut butter, and naps. I’m a maker of memes.

You can read a bit more about my story in the FAQs.
